Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday except for statutory holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Delivery Providers
We use several different shipment providers based on the location we are shipping to and the reliability of providers in each region. If you have a specific preference in shipment provider, please inform our Support team of your Order Number within an hour of placing your order.

Tripp Store ships worldwide. Customers are welcome to utilize shipping services such as Reship to receive packages outside of our supported regions.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Orders completed after 2 pm PST will only be processed the following business day.
